Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support all software and hardware renewals from assessment through PO requisition
• Maintain a centralized renewals calendar to prevent service lapses and maximize visibility
• Conduct financial analysis and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in technology sourcing or contract management
• Strong understanding of software licensing structures and pricing models
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms effectively
• Experience conducting financial analysis to support renewal decisions
