Sourcing Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sourcing Analyst will manage purchasing for ROBUST full systems, conduct RFP/RFQ exercises, and ensure supplier compliance while maintaining high service levels for material logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct RFP/RFQ exercises for NE/MOD ROBUST contracts in collaboration with field offices
• Prepare purchase orders for ROBUST systems and manage supplier compliance with terms and conditions
• Monitor material execution and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve supply issues

Required qualifications

• BS or BA in business, supply chain, or engineering
• 1-3 years of related experience in a supply chain function or Elevator Field experience
• Experience with Global JDE and associated systems (K2)
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to read engineering drawings and customer specifications
