Job Summary

To support a dynamic and growing business, the contract Sourcing Analyst will gather print specifications, negotiate supplier pricing, and manage sourcing projects both remotely and onsite in Framingham, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Gather detailed print specifications and source competitive supplier quotes
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and solutions with supplier partners
• Provide proactive communication and project updates to sales teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of print sourcing, print purchasing, or related experience
• Knowledge of custom print manufacturing categories such as envelopes, forms, and digital print
• Experience negotiating supplier pricing and solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
