Sourcing and Category Manager

Job Summary

Owning third-party procurement and account management, the full-time remote Sourcing and Category Manager will drive ingredient sourcing, vendor management, and oversee demand planning processes for key customers while leading category sourcing for assigned product categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and account management for 3P customers, including ingredient sourcing and demand forecasting
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers, ensuring competitive advantage and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand projections with operational feasibility

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Category Management and/or wholesale procurement/3P account management
• Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience plus 3 years
• Deep knowledge of technical specifications and features of food products
• Strong understanding of financial principles, including forecasting and profitability analysis
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite
