Sourcing and Contracting Manager

Job Summary

Sourcing and Contracting Manager, responsible for identifying and negotiating contract opportunities to optimize procurement costs in a full-time, exempt position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to analyze spending and implement actionable sourcing strategies
• Monitor market conditions and collaborate with the Value Analysis team to develop sourcing strategies
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to enhance cost-effectiveness and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration, or related field
• Five years of experience in sourcing and/or category commodity management
• Demonstrated negotiation capabilities and understanding of purchasing legalities
• No licensure or certification required
• Experience collaborating with various levels and functional groups within an organization
