Sourcing and Procurement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PDS Sourcing & Procurement Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute strategies for sourcing, contract, risk management, and vendor management functions
• Provide strategic vision for Sourcing and Procurement aspects, including best practices and innovation
• Manage supplier performance and compliance, ensuring expectations are met across regions and accounts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 15+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience in project management and business transitions preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
