Job Summary

Driving the recruitment strategy for a growing organization, the full-time Sourcing and Recruiting Lead will manage sourcing initiatives, refine recruiting processes, and mentor a small team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the recruiting strategy across all teams
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to design targeted hiring plans
• Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for both active and passive candidates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven success sourcing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles
• Strong track record in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting pipelines and processes
