Sourcing and Vendor Oversight Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement cycles, the remote Sourcing and Vendor Oversight Manager will oversee critical vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations while focusing on risk management and operational integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and relationship issues with Tier 1-Critical vendors
• Coordinate performance oversight and issue resolution for high-risk vendor partnerships
• Implement third-party risk management processes and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or third-party risk management
• Proven experience as a lead negotiator for complex commercial terms and service level agreements
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as Banking or Financial Services
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with contract redlining and financial analysis tools
