Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various online portals, advertising campaigns, and direct recruiting
Pre-screen candidates by reviewing portfolios, CVs, and resumes
Strategize with the Recruitment Team to achieve weekly business growth goals

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences preferred
Minimum of 6 months experience in a related field or RPO company
Experience with sourcing techniques like Boolean, Google X-ray, Linkedin, etc
Computer savvy and familiar with Google Suites (especially Google Sheets and Google Docs)
