Sourcing Business Development Director

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Sourcing Business Development Director will drive strategic innovation in third-party solutions development, manage stakeholder expectations, and execute complex sourcing strategies to enhance competitive advantages across business pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sourcing professionals while fostering an inclusive team culture
• Develop and implement complex sourcing strategies, managing supplier networks to ensure optimal performance
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations to align sourcing strategies with business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or business development with a focus on sales support
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Professional sourcing/procurement certifications such as CPSM or CPM
• Experience in commercial real estate or integrated facility services industries
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing client relationships at senior levels
