Sourcing Category Manager

Job Summary

To implement global procurement sourcing strategies for IT products and services, the full-time remote Sourcing Category Manager will manage sourcing processes, negotiate contracts, and develop technology category strategies while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contracting for technology products/services, ranging from tactical renewals to large strategic engagements
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and embed procurement in Technology and Information Security team planning
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze vendor spend and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement, particularly in technology procurement and category management
• Proven track record of building relationships and influencing at senior levels
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable commercial terms
• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Experience with finance and procurement systems, including reporting tools like Power BI
