Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Sourcing Category Manager who will manage sourcing and procurement processes for Construction/Building Products, negotiate vendor contracts, and develop vendor relationships to enhance business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee sourcing and procurement processes for Construction/Building Products
• Negotiate pricing and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement
• Evaluate product quality and market trends to optimize vendor selection and product availability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in Construction & Building Products category management
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or C.P.M. preferred
• Strong knowledge of the complete procurement cycle and project management skills
• In-depth understanding of Procurement, Supply Chain, and Inventory fundamentals
