Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Category Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex sourcing initiatives and lead expense reduction efforts
• Execute competitive bidding processes and develop cross-functional teams for RFPs
• Analyze market conditions and communicate procurement standards to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field with seven years of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with eleven years of experience
• Demonstrated ability to execute RFPs and negotiate with suppliers
• Professional certification in Supply Chain or Procurement preferred
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of legal terms in master services agreements
