Sourcing Consultant
Job Summary
To support strategic sourcing initiatives, the remote Sourcing Consultant will develop and execute category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead negotiations while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category strategies that enhance supplier performance and competitive advantage
- Lead complex negotiations and commercial discussions for assigned procurement categories
- Utilize procurement systems and analytics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience with expertise in IT procurement categories
- Proven experience in category management and strategic sourcing
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of cost structures and market trends
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills for spend and supplier performance analysis
