Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sourcing & Contracts Project Manager to coordinate and manage contracts and sourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point for procurement activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance in contracts and sourcing
- Lead the lifecycle of due diligence processes, tracking and prioritizing requests to meet deadlines
- Analyze and maintain critical documentation, perform gap analyses, and ensure operational and financial compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3-7+ years of experience in financial due diligence, project management, contracts, or finance-related roles
- Strong understanding of contract documentation and sourcing processes
- Experience with compliance, audit, and diligence processes
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and procurement orchestration tools
