Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing & Contracts Project Manager to coordinate and manage contracts and sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point for procurement activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance in contracts and sourcing
• Lead the lifecycle of due diligence processes, tracking and prioritizing requests to meet deadlines
• Analyze and maintain critical documentation, perform gap analyses, and ensure operational and financial compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3-7+ years of experience in financial due diligence, project management, contracts, or finance-related roles
• Strong understanding of contract documentation and sourcing processes
• Experience with compliance, audit, and diligence processes
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and procurement orchestration tools
