Sourcing Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Sourcing Coordinator will identify, engage, and nurture prospective candidates for clinical positions, collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters to streamline the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Source and identify candidates, handing them off to the recruiter while maintaining talent pipelines
• Attend job fairs and community outreach events to expand candidate networks

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related support
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Experience sourcing healthcare or licensed clinicians is a plus
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
