Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Director to provide leadership and oversight for sourcing strategies and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the global execution of sourcing plans across various regions and stakeholders
• Serve as a subject matter expert in sourcing strategies and supplier relationships
• Prepare analyses and presentations for management reporting and drive accountability through regular communication with teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
• Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking
• Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
