Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Lead to guide and empower a team of talent sourcers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 talent sourcers
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent
• Build relationships with potential candidates and collaborate with Client Managers to understand hiring needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• 4+ years as a sourcer or recruiting coordinator in the tech space
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team
• Solid knowledge of the tech industry and common sourcing channels
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
