Sourcing Lead

Job Summary

As the ITO Sourcing Lead, this full-time position will drive global sourcing for complex, high-value tender opportunities, collaborating with commercial, engineering, and supply chain teams while working primarily onsite with one day remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sourcing lead for global ITO tenders, partnering with the Commercial team to support strategic opportunities
• Identify and capitalize on global and regional sourcing opportunities by leveraging market intelligence and supplier strategies
• Proactively identify sourcing risks and opportunities, developing and driving mitigation and value creation plans to completion

Required qualifications

• Experience in direct sourcing and procurement within supply chain, ideally in manufacturing or heavy engineering
• Solid understanding of strategic sourcing, category management, and global supply markets
• Advanced cost modeling and pricing analysis capabilities
• Proven track record delivering cost reduction and efficiency improvements
• Permanent work permit in the UK
