Job Summary

Leading a team of sourcing managers, the full-time remote Sourcing Lead will drive program implementation, oversee portfolio compliance, and develop innovative sourcing strategies for an aerospace and defense client while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide impactful leadership and strategic thought in sourcing and people management activities
• Drive results through program implementation, ensuring compliance with KPIs and goals
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and manage internal and external expectations effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
• 5-10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories
• Ability to develop category strategies based on market information and best practices
• Experience with Annual Sourcing Plan development and implementation oversight
• Proven ability to analyze data for effective business decision-making
