Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager who will be responsible for developing sourcing and procurement strategies for assigned equipment, supply, and service categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research for alternative products/services and procurement sources
- Lead cross-functional sourcing projects, vendor selection, and contract management initiatives
- Negotiate contracts for capital equipment, supplies, and services
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years of Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) purchasing experience
- CPM or CPSM certification preferred
- Experience in healthcare Supply Chain Management environment preferred
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
