Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with departments to evaluate business requirements and develop sourcing strategies
• Review and negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and establish relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure procurement activities align with risk management requirements and identify continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, supply chain, and/or program management
• 5+ years of sourcing and/or category management experience, preferably in financial services or technology
• Proven success in vendor management throughout the procurement lifecycle
• Experience in forecasting skills and cost reduction goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize critical projects
