Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing and vendor management for procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders
• Analyze account-wide spend and identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize procurement strategies
• Negotiate contracts and maintain organized records for compliance and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA or related Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, preferably in Facility services
• Proficiency in strategic sourcing processes and e-tools such as e-RFPs and contract management systems
• Legal knowledge to prepare and negotiate agreements and amendments
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data interpretation and decision-making
