Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager I, Sourcing to lead a sourcing team and execute strategic procurement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a complex supplier portfolio and negotiate supply contracts to optimize business conditions
• Source lab supplies, equipment, and chemicals while collaborating with production and marketing teams
• Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving programs and drive execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in the lab supplies, chemical research, or pharmaceutical industries
• Industry purchasing experience in consumables, lab equipment, or chemicals
• Experience in tender business for commodities or raw materials
• Fluency in any European language (other than English) is a plus
