Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager in Health Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies for equipment, supplies, and services
• Conduct market research and analyze trends in commodity markets and Vitalant spend
• Negotiate contracts and manage the RFP process while maintaining relationships with strategic vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Master's degree preferred
• CPM or CPSM certification preferred
• Five years of related experience required, with three years in sourcing and procurement
• Experience in healthcare supply chain management preferred
• Proficiency in Workday, specifically the Strategic Sourcing Module, required
