A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager to support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide market, supplier, and operational intelligence related to sourcing strategies
• Lead a team of sourcing professionals to achieve strategic outcomes and drive client benefits
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies while managing supplier relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and/or 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience; MBA preferred
• Project management and business transitions experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical ability
