Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops strong vendor relationships and provides business support to meet objectives and ensure vendor value delivery
• Oversees sourcing events (RFx) to contract for new products and services aligned with business initiatives
• Manages complex contract negotiations and collaborates with Third Party Risk Management to ensure compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in contract structuring and negotiation, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
• Significant experience in redlining and negotiating agreements for various services
• Experience in relationship management
• Knowledge of supply base and sourcing business practices, preferably in financial services
• Preferred certifications include Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager and Certified Professional in Supply Management
