A company is looking for a Manager, Sourcing to oversee procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms
• Identify and onboard new distribution partners to enhance product offerings
• Develop and maintain training programs for Supply Chain team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain and procurement experience in enterprise-level IT solutions
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Postgraduate business degree and/or supply chain certifications preferred
• Experience in personnel management and team development
