Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager to join their Hardware Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute category strategy and manage day-to-day sourcing using market data
• Lead the RFx process, including drafting documents and normalizing responses
• Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Four to six years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
• Experience with RFx and supplier lifecycle management
• Proficiency in ERP and PLM systems, with strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or engineering; MBA is a plus
• Experience in consumer electronics or hardware manufacturing is advantageous
