Job Summary

Leading procurement initiatives, the full-time remote Sourcing Manager will manage contract negotiations, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with corporate policies while driving process improvements in vendor selection and management.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead business requirement gathering sessions and document comprehensive bidding packages
• Negotiate contracts and payment terms while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities in procurement processes

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in contract negotiation, particularly in mid-complexity SaaS, Technology, and Health Services
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of procurement principles and supply management
• Proven ability to influence across all levels of management and lead cross-functional teams
• Expertise in contract drafting and risk management related to mid-complexity contracts
