Job Summary

Managing supplier relationships and overseeing the purchasing of promotional products, the full-time remote Sourcing Manager will negotiate rates, curate product catalogs, and ensure quality control while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products while maintaining strong vendor relationships
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements
• Manage a high volume of concurrent sourcing requests, balancing speed, cost, and quality across multiple stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products, with a focus on supplier management
• Proven negotiation skills with suppliers, decorators, or vendors
• Familiarity with promotional product software such as CommonSKU or similar
• Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or Hubspot
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple workstreams effectively
