Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To support business initiatives, the remote Sourcing Manager will source, procure, and provide business support for cost-effective products and services, while building and maintaining relationships with internal clients and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of vendor contracts and services to deliver cost savings and improve efficiency for assigned business owners
• Oversee sourcing events (RFx) to contract for new products and services in alignment with business objectives
• Manage complex contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with Third Party Risk Management standards and regulatory expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in contract structuring and negotiation, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
• Significant experience in redlining and negotiating agreements for various services
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Customer-service orientation with a focus on building trust and confidence
• Proven ability to deliver cost savings and negotiate pricing effectively
