Job Summary

Leading the negotiation of complex pricing and contract terms, the full-time Sourcing Manager will optimize supply chain operations remotely while ensuring compliance with national regulations and driving cost savings.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms for non-payroll spend to minimize risk and ensure optimal business conditions
• Develop category negotiation strategies in collaboration with senior leadership to achieve significant cost savings
• Analyze sourcing data and market trends to enhance sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive edge

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
