Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Leading procurement initiatives, the full-time Sourcing Manager will manage product and service sourcing processes, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost-effective strategies while primarily working remotely with occasional onsite requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing methodology processes, including opportunity initiation and supplier selection, to achieve lower total costs of ownership
• Conduct supplier market research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate sourcing opportunities and drive annual savings
• Manage supplier communication and facilitate dispute resolution while ensuring timely customer needs are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution
• Five years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain procurement analysis
• Five additional years of experience in roles requiring effective communication and customer service skills
• Experience in contract negotiation and execution
• Proven project management experience leading teams to achieve business goals
