Job Summary

To support talent acquisition and resource allocation, the full-time Sourcing Manager will analyze client requirements, manage staffing projects, and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective resource fulfillment.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyzing and clarifying client requirements while maintaining requisition details
• Managing engineering resource staffing activities, including demand intake and candidate selection
• Coordinating with stakeholders to align and fulfill resource demand effectively

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience leading teams or coordinating initiatives
• Interest in technology with a basic understanding of IT or engineering environments
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple priorities
