Job Summary

Developing and driving sourcing strategies for Facility Management Services, the full-time remote Sourcing Manager will build cross-functional relationships, manage supplier performance, and lead sourcing initiatives to deliver value to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients to align sourcing strategies with business needs
• Conduct market analysis and develop category plans to identify cost efficiencies and operational improvements
• Oversee supplier contract management, ensuring compliance and managing supplier performance reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and contract management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market and spend analysis
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and mitigate risks effectively
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
