Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Supporting timely and cost-effective access to production materials, the full-time remote Sourcing Manager will develop and manage sourcing strategies, oversee supplier relationships, and monitor inventory levels to enhance supply chain operations across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage sourcing and procurement strategies for production materials and services
• Oversee supplier relationship management, including negotiation, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor demand, supply, and inventory thresholds to maintain appropriate inventory levels and support production schedules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, operations, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and inventory controls
• Proven ability to analyze data and make recommendations to support cost and quality objectives
• Proficiency with procurement, ERP, MRP systems, and Microsoft Office or similar tools
