Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To support Integrated Facilities Management and Project Delivery Services clients, the full-time remote Sourcing Manager will execute strategic sourcing initiatives, enhance supplier relationships, and manage RFP processes while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute PDS and IFM strategic sourcing to optimize total cost of ownership across client projects
• Collaborate with corporate sourcing and project management teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity
• Manage RFP/bid and contracting processes, ensuring compliance with sourcing policies and risk management programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
• Proven experience in the construction management industry
• Project management and business transitions experience preferred
• Knowledge of sourcing practices specific to the Construction and Real Estate industry is a plus
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications
