Driving sourcing strategies for Facility Management Services, the full-time Sourcing Manager will develop strategic plans, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with contracting policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build cross-functional relationships to understand client needs and drive sourcing initiatives
• Conduct market and spend analysis to identify cost savings and operational efficiencies
• Lead supplier performance reviews and manage contract compliance and service obligations

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and contract management
• Strong understanding of supply chain performance metrics and risk management
• Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies based on market insights
