Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To support the sourcing team, the remote Sourcing Manager will build and maintain relationships with business owners, source and procure cost-effective products and services, and conduct sourcing events while ensuring compliance with risk management standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develops a strong understanding of vendor contracts and serves as a trusted advisor to business owners, focusing on cost savings and efficiency
• Oversees sourcing events (RFx) to contract new products and services aligned with business initiatives
• Manages complex contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with Third Party Risk Management standards and regulatory expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in contract structuring and negotiation, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
• Significant experience in negotiating agreements for various services
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Customer-service orientation with a focus on building trust and maintaining relationships
• Self-starter with high attention to detail
