Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Managing sourcing and purchasing strategies, the full-time Sourcing Manager will focus on reducing costs, minimizing risks, and optimizing business processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies using Total Value Performance (TVP) to align purchasing with business goals
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to ensure contracts are manageable and deliver the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the supply chain while managing supplier relationships through established processes

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience with supply chain purchasing strategy and Total Value Performance (TVP)
• Proficiency in Six Sigma tools and processes
• Knowledge of Supply Base Risk Management and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
• Experience in supplier contract negotiation and supplier financial risk analysis
