Job Summary
Leading vendor management services, the full-time remote Sourcing Manager III will optimize contracts, manage business risks, and mentor category team members while delivering strategic sourcing initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic sessions to develop sourcing roadmaps and prioritize needs for business owners
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and drive consolidation for cost-effective operations
- Collaborate with Legal to ensure compliance and recommend changes to contracts as necessary
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, materials management, logistics, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor relations, and contract development
- Expertise in procurement processes, particularly within a healthcare setting
- Strong vendor relations and negotiation skills
- Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) credentials preferred
