Job Summary

Leading a team of sourcing professionals, the full-time remote Sourcing Manager will optimize managed services and sourcing strategies for a large technology client, delivering market and operational intelligence while managing 2-3 direct reports.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic outcomes by collaborating with clients and internal teams on sourcing strategies and supplier relationships
• Conduct market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders in a client-ready format
• Oversee the development and implementation of regional and national programs, ensuring compliance with sourcing policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university or 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
• Experience in project management and business transitions
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
• Strong analytical abilities and proven leadership skills in a decentralized environment
• Ability to establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management for contract compliance
