Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing functional coffee brand, the full-time remote Sourcing Manager will drive sourcing and procurement activities for ingredients, packaging, and merchandise while managing supplier relationships and negotiating costs.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify suppliers and ensure compliance with specifications and certifications
• Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders and cost-saving initiatives
• Source and coordinate packaging and branded merchandise while maintaining supplier performance and timelines

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in food or beverage
• Hands-on experience with purchasing materials and working with suppliers, including international vendors
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and cost comparisons
• Familiarity with 3-way match processes and accounts payable coordination
• Knowledge of California Proposition 65 requirements and their implications for sourcing compliance
