Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead the end-to-end sourcing process for FF&E and OS&E categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for the procurement team
• Work cross-functionally with the Design Team to identify top tier vendors and develop a best in class sourcing strategy
• Negotiate pricing, run RFP's, and manage ongoing supplier and stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of proven experience in sourcing/design
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Experience sourcing products internationally, preferably in Mexico
• A solid understanding of FF&E market dynamics
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or design supply chain
