Managing supplier relationships and overseeing the purchasing of promotional products, the full-time Sourcing Manager for Promotional Merchandise will work remotely or in a hybrid setting, focusing on vendor sourcing, pricing, and fulfillment to enhance branded merchandise offerings for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for promotional products while negotiating pricing and terms
• Oversee procurement and order management, ensuring timely fulfillment and quality control across multiple vendors
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows

Required qualifications

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products and managing vendor relationships
• Proven negotiation skills with suppliers and decorators, including contract management
• Strong understanding of design principles and experience with promotional product software
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively in a fast-paced environment
