Job Summary

Managing supplier relationships and overseeing the purchasing of promotional products, the full-time Sourcing Manager for Promotional Merchandise will work remotely or in a hybrid setting, focusing on vendor sourcing, pricing negotiations, and the end-to-end sourcing process to deliver high-quality branded merchandise for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products while negotiating pricing and terms to achieve cost savings
• Oversee procurement and order management, ensuring timely fulfillment and quality control across multiple vendors
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows

Required qualifications

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products with proven vendor management skills
• Strong understanding of design principles and experience using promotional product software
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively in a fast-paced environment
