Sourcing Manager II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager II with health plan experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement corporate strategic sourcing and vendor relations processes to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
• Conduct market research and negotiate with suppliers to optimize vendor relationships and contract performance
• Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures for sourcing and vendor relations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Over five years of strategic sourcing, vendor relations, and negotiation experience
• Experience sourcing various product lines, including office supplies and IT services
• Knowledge of federal, state, and URAC/NCQA guidelines
• Certification from Institute of Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) is preferred
