Sourcing Manager - Illinois Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager - Real World Evidence and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities for RWE and Development services, including RFIs, RFPs, and negotiations
• Serve as the primary procurement contact, collaborating with various stakeholders to define scopes and timelines
• Drive commercial value through competitive sourcing and track sourcing outcomes for assigned activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related field
• 4-8+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category support roles
• Experience in supporting RWE, Medical Affairs, or clinical Development services in a regulated environment
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple categories or service areas
• Strategic sourcing and RFx management experience
