Job Summary
To support strategic spend management, the full-time remote Sourcing Manager, Indirect will develop innovative sourcing approaches, lead supplier selection processes, and execute project sourcing strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to minimize costs and risks
- Lead the supplier selection process, including negotiations and contract management
- Guide procurement staff and monitor key supplier performance metrics
Required qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roles, particularly in Indirect Sourcing categories
- Proven experience in negotiating complex legal and commercial agreements
- Strong understanding of MS Office, SAP, and eSourcing tools
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with readiness to travel as needed
